WeStrive provides a comprehensive platform for both clients and personal trainers to optimize their fitness journey. Clients can access fitness programs, track their workout progress, and communicate with their trainers, while trainers can efficiently manage their business and easily interact with clients.

Upon accessing the home page, clients can conveniently view messages from their fitness coach, monitor their daily fitness statistics, and review their daily nutrition overview. Additionally, WeStrive seamlessly integrates with the Apple Health App to effortlessly track steps taken and calories burned.

The fitness calendar, located just one tab away, acts as a practical daily workout planner. Any fitness plans assigned by personal trainers, requests for weight updates, tracking of nutrition macros, or progress photo submissions can all be found within this section. By selecting the designated workout for the day, clients can swiftly navigate to the first exercise of their fitness program.

The most crucial section of WeStrive is the Train tab, where clients will spend a significant portion of their time. Here, they will find a comprehensive breakdown of their program week by week. This includes the specific training days, an overview of exercises scheduled for each day, and the provision to delve into the program to commence training.

Within each program, clients can effortlessly swipe left to move through the various exercises. At the bottom of each screen, a workout timer is available for convenience. The interface also enables users to record sets, reps, weight, and time. Detailed instructions including photos and videos accompany each exercise to ensure clients have a clear understanding of proper form. By meticulously recording fitness programs in the app, clients can provide accurate feedback on their dedication and effort towards achieving their fitness goals.
